Athena poker

I have a problem with Maxtor 2b020h1 <Poker CPU> it shows Maxtor athena in drive Id i plug it to pc3k PCI and put in safe mode then load LDR , LDR load succesfully then i start utility it gives error in UBA 8 and i cannot enter utility the LDR is of the same hdd .
So what could be the problem and how to solve ?
